Orientation to Chiang Mai - Local Medical, Dental and Specialist services – Our staff will assist you to orientate to the local area – where necessary they can assist in any translation assistance required.

Assessment

To best meet your need and our service delivery there may be need to an initial/ follow up assessment undertaken by our Supervisors. Not all service requests will require an assessment.

Where Centa Care identifies the need for other professional assessments – this will be discussed with you before and appointments are arranged.

To meet the safety and security of both you and our staff – Centa Care reserves the right of refusal to provide service where any identified assessment need is refused by the customer.

Assessment by Centa Care is a free service – where any referred assessment is identified the cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Service agreements will be signed before commencement of any service – unless prior arrangements have been made with the office.
